Building on the foundational strokes from Week 1 and the chaining concepts from Week 2, this week focuses on developing high consistency with deep, spin-heavy groundstrokes. Players will master essential skills like defensive positioning and shot selection to neutralize aggressive opponents and maintain control of the rally from the back of the court, a vital skill for tournament play.
