Our Training Methodology

Level-Based Point Construction Curriculum

Tennis is a Game of Position

Where you are on the court determines the shots you should play, and our training reflects this principle. Each day of the week focuses on a specific area of the court, building your skills step by step until you can seamlessly transition between positions and dominate every point.

Monday

Behind the Baseline

Learn to control the point with deep, spin-heavy shots and defensive play. Focus on consistency, depth, and height to keep your opponent on their toes.

  • Defensive positioning
  • Heavy topspin groundstrokes
  • Neutralizing aggressive shots

Tuesday

Inside the Baseline

Move forward and take control of the point. Work on approach shots and setting up offensive opportunities to put pressure on your opponent.

  • Aggressive court positioning
  • Taking the ball early
  • Setting up offensive patterns

Wednesday

Approach Shots & Volleys

Master the art of moving forward and finishing points at the net. Develop precision with your volleys and learn to close out points with confidence.

  • Transitioning to the net
  • Directional approach shots
  • Volley technique and placement

Thursday

Net Play & Overhead Smashes

Perfect your aggressive net game. Practice volleys, overhead smashes, and quick reflexes to dominate the front court.

  • Net positioning
  • Overhead technique and footwork
  • Poaching and net movement

Friday

Live Play & Tournament Prep

Put it all together in intense match simulations and live play. Focus on strategy, mental toughness, and adapting to your opponent's game.

  • Match play scenarios
  • Mental toughness training
  • Tournament strategy
