Our 10-week fall program runs from 4 PM to 6 PM, 3 days per week, according to player level.
Where you are on the court determines the shots you should play, and our training reflects this principle. Each day of the week focuses on a specific area of the court, building your skills step by step until you can seamlessly transition between positions and dominate every point.
Learn to control the point with deep, spin-heavy shots and defensive play. Focus on consistency, depth, and height to keep your opponent on their toes.
Move forward and take control of the point. Work on approach shots and setting up offensive opportunities to put pressure on your opponent.
Master the art of moving forward and finishing points at the net. Develop precision with your volleys and learn to close out points with confidence.
Perfect your aggressive net game. Practice volleys, overhead smashes, and quick reflexes to dominate the front court.
Put it all together in intense match simulations and live play. Focus on strategy, mental toughness, and adapting to your opponent's game.
A structured approach that mirrors real-match scenarios, teaching players the right shots for every position on the court.
Each day builds on the last, ensuring steady improvement in all areas of your game.
Guidance from our professional staff and guest coaches from collegiate programs.
Weekly live play and tournament preparation to test your skills against other players.
With one-on-one attention from our experienced coaches, you'll see rapid improvement and gain the confidence to dominate on the court. Private lessons are tailored to your individual needs, whether you're a beginner learning the basics or an advanced player refining your strategy.
For years, Kara Hoge and the Eagle Tennis Club served as the heart of tennis in the Treasure Valley. Her vision and dedication helped countless players develop their skills and love for the game. Kara's influence extends throughout our community, inspiring many new tennis programs and coaches across Idaho.
Kara Hoge founded Eagle Tennis Club to address the shortage of indoor courts in the area. Her dedication to growing the sport created a thriving tennis community that continues today through numerous programs across the valley. Though the facility closed in November 2024, her contributions to Idaho tennis will be felt for generations.

We're on a mission to promote and grow the game of tennis here in the Treasure Valley.
We want to live in a world where people can develop their tennis skills to match their needs rather than having to find a compromise and settle on the second-best option. That's why we take a lot of time and care in getting to know our players from the moment they reach out to us and ask for our help.
